Client: Northeastern University – Architecture Co-op Program

This project focused on designing a comprehensive outreach poster for architecture co-op employer partners. The goal was to clearly communicate best practices, onboarding expectations, mentorship guidance, and evaluation procedures in a format that is structured, accessible, and professional.

The primary challenge was organizing a large volume of detailed information, including hiring guidelines, onboarding checklists, mentorship expectations, AXP documentation guidance, and evaluation procedures, into a cohesive visual system that feels approachable rather than overwhelming.

Key design strategies included:

Clear sectional hierarchy to break down dense institutional content
Strong typographic structure to differentiate headings, subpoints, and checklist items
Consistent grid alignment to maintain clarity across long-form content
Visual rhythm and spacing to improve readability
Professional tone aligned with university branding

The layout transforms policy-heavy information into a readable and structured communication tool, ensuring employers can easily navigate expectations and resources.

Through this project, I strengthened my ability to design for institutional communication, manage complex informational content, and create structured layouts that balance professionalism with usability.
